House Rules

A friendly reminder of the Cabin rules: 1. NO SMOKING Please do not smoke inside the Cabin or near open windows/doors. You may smoke outside. Please make sure all cigarette butts are in the provided cigarette, disposal near the firepit. 2. NO PARTIES No parties are permitted on the property. 3. PETS Please be sure to clean up after your dogs, do not allow them on furniture, or leave them unsupervised at the cabin. Please keep all dogs on leashes when outside, as neighboring rental is also pet friendly. You will be charged $150, plus damages, for any pet rules, not adhered to. 4. PLEASE REMOVE SHOES Please remove shoes. Do not wear in the Cabin. 5. GARBAGE Please throw all of your garbage in the designated cans. If bags are filled during your stay and need changed, full bags can be put in the secured can in the shed next to the firepit. 6. NO FOOD/BEVERAGE Please refrain from having food or beverages on furniture & in beds. Thank you for understanding and respecting these house rules. We greatly appreciate your compliance!

We found the cabin to be clean and well kept and located in a peaceful setting. The State Parks nearby were perfect for hiking and enjoying nature. The hot tub made for great relaxation after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed spending some time in the game room. It was a wonderful place to get away from the busyness of life and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This place was AMAZING! It was very clean and it felt like Wayne and Brandee thought of everything. We loved how peaceful it was and how close it is to Farmer’s Inn (~2 min), Double Diamond Deer Ranch ( ~10 away), Quiet Creek Herb Farm ( ~10 away) etc. Wayne and Brandee were very responsive and thoughtfully answered questions as well as checked in to make sure we were comfortable.

The place was beautiful. Nice amenities with outdoor fire pit, game room, and hot tub. Place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to questions during our stay. I would definitely recommend.
